LUCY KEYES IS AUDIENCE AWARD WINNER AT IFFB 4/28/06

It's been officially announced, Moody Independent’s The Legend of Lucy Keyes was the Audience Award winner for narrative feature in this year's Independent Film Festival of Boston. Audience awards are determined by attendee ballots at the screenings as opposed to Jury awards that are selected by a small panel of industry professionals. With two of the festival’s most well attended screenings, over 1000 people saw Lucy Keyes at the Coolidge Corner and at the Somerville Theater.  The audience response was fantastic and there were Q&As with director, John Stimpson and many of the local actors after each screening. Child star, Cassidy Hinkle, came up from New York for Sunday's show.  This was the New England premiere of Lucy Keyes and the first chance for local fans to get a chance to see the film.
